Editors residing outside the USA should open a PayPal account. Payment will be made on the first of every month in US dollars. Direct deposit is not available for banks outside the USA.

How do I sign up for direct deposit?
Download the authorization form, sign and attach a voided check. You can return by mail, fax or email.

Is direct deposit secure and reliable?
Direct deposit is very safe and reliable. It allows money to be electronically transferred from JAM Post to your financial institution. It eliminates the possibility of lost or stolen checks.

How long does it take to set up direct deposit?
If we receive your authorization form 3 days before the first of the month, direct deposit will be set up for the next payment. Otherwisie it will be set up for the following month.

When will my bank account be credited?
We authorize payment on the 1st of the month and it takes a further 4 full business days for the transfer to be made. So your account will be credited between the 6th and 8th of the month. The exact date depends on what day the first of the month falls on.

How will I know when my payment has been made?
You can check your financial institution statement or on-line system. The payment amount will be followed by "ACH JAM Post 4253060558". We will also send you a payment notice by email, indicating the amount, the statement number and the date your account will be credited.

How can I see my monthly statement?
Click on any Statement Nb on your account page and details for that statement will be displayed. You can then use the Print or PDF links. The PDF file should be saved as a .pdf file.

What do I do if I want to change financial institutions or stop my direct deposit?
Written, signed requests are required for any change or to stop direct deposit. Please contact us for the change/stop form.
